Cirklon bootloader update to v0.6

THIS UPDATE IS PROVIDED TO ADDRESS SEPCIFIC PROBLEMS
IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR INSTALLATION AT THIS TIME IF YOU ARE NOT
EXPERIENCING THE PROBLEM DESCRIBED BELOW.

The CIRKOS.SYX file in this folder loads as a normal Cirklon OS update.
Once loaded, it will check if it applies to your machine -
It will not work on pre-production machines up to serial numbers #15,
unless they have already been updated to bootloader version 0.4

After installing, you will be promted to apply the bootloader update.
This only takes a few seconds, but it is very important that the machine
is not powered off during the update, or it will need a trip to Berlin.

After the update is installed, you must re-enter firmware update mode,
and re-install the normal Cirklon OS.

The update minimises some unintended toggling of the MIDI output ports
during boot time. This will resolve MIDI data error reports on some devices,
when that device is already powered up before Cirklon is started, though some
will still raise a warning that needs to be cleared.

The update also adds support for the ExFAT file system when updating from SD-card.
ExFAT is the standard file system format used on SD-XC cards.
Basically any recent, large capacity cards.
ExFAT was already supported by the main Cirklon OS, but not by the bootloader.
This may prove helpful for future OS updates.
